Apple Snow

2 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1/2 "Champagne Apple" Peeled and Coarsely Grated

Beat egg whites until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add egg whites, beat until it holds stiff peaks. (This makes a fine substitute for whipped cream. It cost less and has fewer calories). These are real special and are great for dessert or for breakfast. Quick and easy to make and you can alter the recipe to accommodate as many apples as you want to. Add a little more of each ingredient accordingly.
