On a sad note, we are sorry to announce the passing of "granddad". Fred Dixon passed away June 5th, 2009. We miss him so very much. We are so thankful for the many things we learned from him and the meaning he will always have in this canyon and to Dixon's Apples. What a legacy he and grandmother have left behind. Our goal is to carry on that unsurpassed quality and reputation they developed. Once again, we are anticipating a great harvest. Many blessings, Becky

am happy to report to you that the apple crop is really looking
good for this year, in fact it is a "bumper crop". We are praying
for protection from the hail. So far, so good! Because of the
size of the crop, our harvest will last 2-4 weeks this year,
which means a longer period of time to purchase all of the varieties
of our apples. We are anxious to see all of you in a more "relaxed
atmosphere" this year.We will be announcing our opening date
around September 15th.
